Software integration

Stop copying data
from tool to tool.

You do not necessarily need one giant system. It is often smarter to let the tools you already use exchange data better, so each application can keep doing what it does well without employees acting as the connection.

What does this solve?

An integration is not the goal by itself.

We identify where data originates, which system should be the source of truth and who needs which information. Then we assess APIs, webhooks, exports, imports or other secure options. If a simple scheduled sync is enough, we do not build a complex real-time platform.

CRM and ExcelCustomer data is maintained in two places.
Bookings and planningA booking still needs to be copied into the planning tool.
Email and adminInformation from emails is typed again into another system.
POS and reportingData is exported and then manually processed.
Form and back officeAn online form still ends up as a copy-paste task.
Disconnected toolsEvery department uses something different and no one has one reliable flow.
How we approach it

How we approach it

01

Choose the source of truth

Which application owns customer, order, planning or other data?

02

Map the data flow

We define which information needs to go where and when.

03

Evaluate technical options

API, webhook, export/import, database or another dependable method.

04

Make failures visible

An integration must be traceable when something goes wrong, not only work on a perfect day.

Example

From human connector to system connector

Today

An employee receives a registration in tool A, copies name and contact details into tool B, enters planning in tool C and later checks manually whether everything still matches.

After improvement

The registration remains the source. Relevant data flows automatically to the other systems. Only incomplete or unusual cases need attention.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect any application?

Not always. It depends on APIs, exports, permissions and technical limitations. We investigate this first.

Do integrations need to be real-time?

No. Some processes benefit from real-time updates; for others a sync every few minutes or once a day is simpler and more reliable.

What if a system has no API?

Exports, imports, email processing or other methods may still be possible. We only choose an approach that is reliable and maintainable enough.

Can you repair an existing integration?

Yes, when we can access the relevant systems and configuration or code.
