RAVEN Reset

One engagement to find
where digital work wastes your time.

Not a fifty-page report that leaves you wondering what to do first. During the RAVEN Reset we bring together annoyances, duplicate work and recurring tasks, and already improve what is feasible within the engagement.

What does this solve?

What happens during a RAVEN Reset?

We listen to how your team works, collect the biggest time drains, review your current tools and first look for elimination and simplification. Then we decide which configuration, integration or automation is useful. Small improvements that fit the engagement are implemented immediately.

Many small problemsNothing seems large enough for a project, but together they cost hours every week.
No prioritiesEveryone knows what is annoying, but nobody knows what to tackle first.
Too many toolsSoftware has grown without a clear structure.
Manual workTasks are done “because we have always done them that way”.
DependencyOnly a few employees know how important processes work.
AI pressureThere is pressure to use AI without a clear problem or business case.
How we approach it

How we approach it

01

Inventory

Collect the tasks, frustrations, tools and exceptions that consume time today.

02

Prioritise

Assess frequency, time loss, error risk, dependency and feasibility.

03

Improve

What can safely and reasonably be fixed within the engagement gets addressed.

04

Create a roadmap

For larger changes you receive concrete next steps and a clear scope.

Example

What you should have afterwards

Today

Before the Reset: a long list of disconnected annoyances, different opinions and no obvious starting point.

After improvement

After the Reset: visibility into the biggest time drains, a number of immediate improvements and a prioritised list of next steps. No mandatory follow-up contract.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What does the RAVEN Reset cost?

From €900 excluding VAT. The exact scope depends on the number of processes, systems and desired depth.

Is this an IT audit?

Not in the traditional sense. The focus is time loss, simplicity, processes and practical improvements. Security or infrastructure audits can be scoped separately.

Do all employees need to participate?

Not necessarily. We mainly speak with the people who actually perform the process and someone who can make decisions.

Do we have to let RAVEN implement the next steps?

No. The goal is clarity and improvement, not dependency.
