Process scan

Send us the process
you hate doing.

Not the technology. Not the solution. Just the task. Describe what happens from the moment the work starts until it is finished. That is enough to make a first conversation much more concrete.

What does this solve?

What do we want to know from you?

Explain the process as if you were training a new colleague. What starts it? Which applications do you use? What information gets copied? Where does someone wait or check something? How often does it happen? How many people are involved? No technical language is required.

The same steps every dayOpen, download, copy, check, save and start again.
Many handoffsWork moves from person to person because systems do not connect.
Invisible waiting timeA case sits still because someone has to remember the next step.
Too many exceptionsThe standard flow became unclear as exceptions were added over the years.
No process ownerNobody feels responsible for the complete end-to-end process.
Small recurring mistakesBecause information is retyped or manually checked.
How we approach it

How we approach it

01

Starting point

What triggers the task: an email, order, form, phone call or fixed date?

02

Steps

What actions does someone perform today from start to finish?

03

Frequency and time

How often does it happen and roughly how long does one run take?

04

Frustration

Which step would you most like to never do manually again?

Example

A useful description does not need to be long

Today

“Every Monday we download two exports. Then we copy six columns into Excel, compare customer numbers, create a new list and send it to three people. It usually takes two hours.”

After improvement

With that description we can already assess whether the process can be simplified, the sources can be connected and where automation makes sense.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the process scan free?

You can describe your process without obligation through the contact form, WhatsApp or email. If analysis or implementation is required, we agree the scope and cost first.

Do I need to send screenshots or files?

Not for the first contact. They can be useful later when we analyse the process in detail.

What if I do not know which software or technology is needed?

That is fine. Just describe what people do today.

Can you review several processes at once?

Yes. If there are several, the RAVEN Reset is often the better starting point because we can also prioritise them.

Want to look at this in your company?

Tell us how it works today. You do not need to know the solution yet.
